· Homeowner – We will work extremely closely with you to determine the exact requirements of your future home. Taking into consideration your personal tastes in property style, fit and finish and much much more. You will most likely have already shortlisted suburbs so we will be adding to that and be looking to fine tune the location down to street and house level.
B. Sourcing – This extremely time-consuming process will be streamlined for you, saving you time and effort.
· We will scour the current on market properties to determine if there are any quality prospects that fit your requirements.
· We will leverage our relationships with real estate agents and other professionals in the space to determine if there are any pre-market properties that fit the brief that we can swoop on prior to their marketing campaign going live.

Due Diligence – We will assist you with performing due diligence checks to ensure you are clear on what is about to be undertaken.· We have recommended conveyancing companies that are extremely well versed at contract reviews and deliver a high-quality service.· We can provide additional clauses that can be reviewed and added by the Conveyancer for your protection, needs and desires.· We have recommended building and pest inspectors that we can coordinate on your behalf who will deliver a reliable professional service.· Accurate Property Valuations are performed so you know what a property is worth irrespective of the asking price, so you can ensure you don't unknowingly overpay.

Fees
· As everyone’s requirements are different the overall rate is determined at the end of the 1st Free consultation. The fee is specifically aligned and matched to the brief and requirements of each individual client.
· Once engagement of IDentity Property Buyers has been made an initial engagement fee is charged. This fee makes up part of the overall charge and once payed kicks off the exciting process of property procurement.
· The overall rate agreed to upon engagement will not increase with property prices or slight alterations to the brief, which provides complete clarity to you the client.
· Once a property has been secured and contracts are exchanged the remainder of the fee will be due.
